To join in the groups either follow down the groups to your own area or street or otherwise join anywhere and ask for your area or street to be set up. If this is done for you then you can if you like set up your NW area and keep track of your members. More coming next year from the Boys in Blue but we don't know what its like yet.

This way each group is its own boss (sort of), and you can link to other groups and share information all in the name of keeping the neighbourhood a safe and fun place.
